Why this feels familiar to me?
I’ve worked in marketing for over two decades, mostly in service-based businesses.
I’ve been responsible for positioning, messaging, and growth, and I’ve also been the person trying to explain a complex service to someone who has five tabs open and very little patience.
I know how easily good work gets lost behind unclear words.
